Heavy lift capable of reducing the risk of heart disease and diabetes

A new study says no efficacy benefit for people who like to do the heavy lifting. Researchers explained that the exercise was precisely to reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes.

As reported by The Daily News, researchers from the University of North Florida analyzed data milikNational Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) in 1999-2004. The data contains the health risks in the United States.

Furthermore, researchers found that 8.8 percent of the 5618 respondents admitted to regularly exercise the heavy lifting. It is also mentioned two times more men than women raised more often. In addition, young people are also more frequent heavy lifting compared to elderly 50 years and over.

Researchers then measured the metabolic syndrome, diabetes and heart disease risk such as waist size, triglycerides, reduced levels of good cholesterol, and blood pressure and glucose levels in the body.

Evidently, those who exercise regularly heavy lifting associated with a reduced risk of heart disease and diabetes.

"Coaches should advise professional sports weightlifting exercise in adults to maintain a healthy metabolism," wrote researcher Peter M. Magyari and James R. Churilla in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research.

Previously, there was also research earlier this month from the Bispebjerg University Hospital in Denmark. Researchers there say a walk for 30 minutes every day also can reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes.

Whatever research is done, it is proven that exercise is good for the body and can prevent you from various diseases. So, do not be lazy to exercise ya!
